How to get notifications for online reviews by email?
Login to your RB dashboard and Go to Settings > Notifications. You can control the notification settings for your account and users here.
Set who receives email alerts for positive feedback, negative feedback, new online reviews and your Performance Report. You can change these settings at anytime to meet your notifications needs.
1. Feedback Alert Notification Settings:
This section allows you to choose which customer feedback events you want to receive email alerts for, and who should receive them. We recommend sticking with the defaults, but feel free to change them to meet your needs!
2. Online Review Alert Notification Settings
This section allows you to choose who should receive online review alerts. Select this report if you want to receive an email alert whenever someone leaves you an online review on one of the major online review services such as Google+, Facebook or Yelp.
3. Performance Report Mailer Settings
This section allows you to choose who should receive a weekly or monthly performance report.
3a. Send performance report:
This is your most important report - it tells you how you are doing, including how many feedback requests were sent, how many were received, how many online reviews people left for you, and more. It also provides helpful suggestions on how to get top results.
3b. Send online review report:
The Reviews Report is designed to help you compare different elements of your account to understand how one is performing versus another. Each element is represented by a data card with that elements performance.
3c. Send NPS report:
The Net Promoter Score report is designed to help you compare different locations, labels and date ranges of your account to understand how one is performing versus another. Each element is represented by a data card with that elements performance.
