Yelp changed guidelines recently and we had to remove the ability to request reviews on Yelp within our platform. This change affects review requests ONLY as we will still be monitoring Yelp reviews in the review report and via email alerts.
This change is based on Yelp’s guidelines.
If you are requesting reviews for Yelp only, you will want to add a new review site like Google, Facebook or YP.com for your customers. To add a new site to your online review choices, please go to SETTINGS > ONLINE REVIEW LINKS when in your dashboard.
