Manually send requests, via email or SMS Requests, to customers added to ReputationBuilder.
When sending requests manually be aware of the number of requests you send daily to avoid being flagged for review spam by sites such as Google and Facebook. Do not accumulate customers to send all requests weekly, monthly, or quarterly. Doing so may cause a review site to flag your business for spam. We recommend manually sending requests at a steady daily rate that reflects the flow of your customers.
To send an email/SMS request Manually follow these steps:
- Log in to your ReputationBuilder account.
- If you have multiple locations, select the location that you would like to send a request manually for.
- To confirm the location is set to manually send requests go to Customer Activity and view Sent Manually under Request Mode or click the down arrow to select Manually.
4. Add a customer and select send feedback request immediately. If a customer has both a mobile number and email address, the Communication Preference must be set to SMS for them to receive a feedback request via SMS Request.
Or, after a customer has been added go to Customer Activity and click Manage > Send Request for a selected customer. A request will be sent to your customer immediately.
